LOSAP Program

We’re excited to announce that the Iowa Firefighters Association’s Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP) is now accepting department registrations! This retirement-style benefit is designed to help recruit and retain volunteer firefighters across Iowa.

To be eligible for the first round of funding in December 2025, departments must complete the registration process by July 15, 2025.
