New Registration Platform: We are transitioning from PDF brochures to a dedicated web page featuring detailed class listings and descriptions. To streamline registration and payments, we have partnered with Event Management Solutions (EMS), the same company IEMSA uses for their events.
How to Register: Registration will now be completed directly through the EMS system. After selecting your classes, you will be required to pay with a credit card before submitting your registration. Please note that we will no longer send bills or accept checks for payment. Registration will be updated in real-time, so once a class reaches its capacity, it will no longer be available. You will only be able to register for one class per time period.
Check-In Process: Upon arrival at Fire School, you will receive a nametag similar to a credit card with a barcode. After each class, Fire Service Training Bureau personnel will scan your badge. It’s important to get your badge scanned after each class, as credits cannot be added later if missed.
Your transcript will be uploaded into the Acadis Readiness Suite after the weekend.
Post-Event: At the end of the weekend, EMS will email you an evaluation form. Once completed and submitted, you will receive your weekend transcript via email.
Additional Activities: We’re pleased to announce a keynote speaker for Sunday morning, along with dedicated time for networking with vendors, speakers, and fellow firefighters after classes conclude on Saturday.
Pricing: The registration fee has been updated to $50 for one day or $100 for both days.
Please remember to keep track of your registered classes, as this information will no longer be printed on the back of your nametags.
We look forward to seeing you at Fire School and appreciate your cooperation with these new processes. More details and the registration link will be shared soon.
