Mason City Hosts Training Opportunity

Thank you to The Des Moines Area Metro FOOLS for partnering with the Mason City Fire Department to host this outstanding hands-on training opportunity in late July. Firefighters from across the region spent the day sharpening essential fireground skills through realistic training evolutions, including forcible entry, search techniques, and ground ladders. Opportunities like these strengthen our firefighters, our departments, and the communities we serve. Thank you to everyone who participated, instructed, and helped make this training a success. We appreciate the commitment to continuous learning and look forward to future training opportunities together.
